Revista de Estudios Utópicos REUTOPIA [Journal of Utopian Studies] is a scientific publication of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas on utopias and utopianism. It accepts research articles, original essays and bibliographical reviews.

It is situated in the interdisciplinary field of utopian studies, where converge disciplines as diverse as History, Literature, Political Science, Philosophy, Anthropology, Sociology, Art History, Architecture, Urbanism, Gender Studies, International Relations, Human Ecology, Geography, Cultural Studies, Education, Law, Economics, Fine Arts, Psychology, Medicine and Science, along with other more recent fields such as Community Studies, Film Studies, Queer Studies, Resistance Studies, Rural Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, Development Studies, Memory Studies, among others.

The journal welcomes research, debates and proposals of thought that, from any of these perspectives, address the study of utopian phenomena, understood not only as fictions of better worlds, but also as proposals, experiences and social practices that seek to build those better worlds.

Founded in 2024, the journal has begun publication in 2025.
